José Cabrera, president and founder of CMC, is a well known leader in technology innovation and has been at the forefront of the IT Sector in Spain for over 30 years. As a consultant he has advised and assisted the largest and most respected companies in the Ibex 35; as a business leader he has been one of the top Sun's Microsystems executives in Europe serving as Chief Operating Officer for the EMEA Region, President of Sun Microsystems Ibérica and Southern Europe Channel Director.

Pilar Jericó holds a PhD in Business Organization and a Degree in Economics and Business Administration. She also holds Postgraduate Degrees with Specialization in Strategy from Harvard University, and Organizational Behavior from UCLA (United States) and from Universita di Firenze (Italy). Pilar is a pioneer in the analysis of talent and the impact of fear on business development in Spain and Latin America. She is currently a business consultant. Se has worked for more than 50 national and international organizations on leadership development, talent, commitment, impact and influence projects (Banesto, Sun Microsystems, Disney, BBVA, Spanish Police...).
Pilar has published several books: “La nueva Gestión del Talento: construyendo compromiso” (The New Talent Management: Building Commitment) Prentice Hall, 2008; “NoMiedo en la empresa y en la vida” (NoFear in the Enterprise and in Life) Alienta, 2006; and “Gestión del Talento: Del profesional con talento al talento organizativo” (Talent Management: From Professional Talent to Organizational Talent) Prentice Hall, 2001. She is also co-author of several books on person management, leadership and personal and professional development within the enterprise.
